I am married to Gerrin Beck, a Grants Pass native, and we have raised 4 children together. We are the proud grandparents of Addison and Colton. We are very involved in our wonderful community. All the costs I was quoted remained consistent, except for closing cash costs were much cheaper than anticipated! I didn't have to lift a finger, she did all the work, and I signed documents electronically. Rhonda was truly my guardian through the process and got me the best rates possible. She took the stress and anxiety out of every equation and process. E question I had was answered in less than 24 hours. Plus it only took 4-6 weeks to close. It could have been faster if I wasn't so nervous and hesitant to get the ball rolling. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I am truly grateful!
