We recently had the opportunity to visit with a local medical office in Grants Pass and share about the services Team Senior provides for seniors, veterans, and their families throughout Southern Oregon. We love educating our community and partnering with professionals who are just as passionate about helping others navigate the aging journey. Because when our community has the right information, families get the support they deserve.

One of the most common things we hear from families is, “We wish we had started planning sooner.”

The reality is that a crisis is just that: a crisis. You never know exactly when a hospitalization, fall, diagnosis, or other unexpected change in health may occur. When families are forced to make important decisions during a stressful situation, it can feel overwhelming and rushed.

That’s also why having guidance can help. Sometimes families don’t know what questions to ask, what differences to look for, or what things may become important long term. Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

From all of us at Team Senior, we are deeply grateful for the sacrifices made by so many and for the veterans and military families throughout our Southern Oregon community.

Today, we’ll also be attending the Vietnam Wall Memorial Ceremony as we come together to remember, honor, and reflect. For those unable to attend in person, we’ll be live streaming the ceremony on our page.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

We had such a wonderful time at the Retirement Connections Release Party!

We were incredibly honored to present this year’s Team Senior Southern Oregon Community Service Award to the Veterans Service Offices of Jackson & Josephine County.

These organizations do so much to help local veterans navigate benefits, resources, and support systems at no cost to them. We’re thankful for the work they do for our community every single day. ❤️

It was also so special getting to connect with so many amazing people and organizations who care deeply about serving Southern Oregon seniors and veterans.

Please join us this Memorial Day as we honor the opening of the new Vietnam Memorial Wall in Medford.

So many people have worked hard to help make this memorial and ceremony possible, and we especially want to recognize Ron Kohl for being such a huge part of bringing this vision to life for our community.

This wall represents real people, real families, and real sacrifice. We hope you’ll join us as we come together to remember and honor them. ❤️🤍💙
