I had a conversation with a buyer this week — one I have all the time.

She said, “I just can’t afford to buy right now. Prices are too high, and rates make the payment higher than rent.”

And she’s right — her mortgage payment would be a little higher than her rent.

But here’s the thing… you can’t afford not to buy.

When you rent, that money is gone the moment you pay it. It builds zero equity, zero ownership, and zero wealth. It’s money you’ll never see again.
