As of January 1, 2025, Californiaโ€™s minimum auto liability limits have increased to 30/60/15.

That means drivers must now carry at least:

โœ… $30,000 bodily injury per person
โœ… $60,000 bodily injury per accident
โœ… $15,000 property damage
