Protégé Job Description

I am actively recruiting for a Protégé in my Agency! Come join my team and learn from the best on your way to agency ownership with Farmers. The Protégé (trainee) will receive a base salary plus any other commission/bonuses agreed upon between the candidate and Mentor Agent.
Responsibilities
- Solicit and writes new business in his/her Mentor Agency
- Determine proper coverage for all new prospects and clients
- Generate a minimum of 30 new business quotes per week
- Must reach $30,000 net GFP within the first 5 months
- Must reach $60,000 net GFP within the first 9 months
- Must reach $100,000 net GFP within one year
- Attend all training by District, Agency, and/or University of Farmers as mandated by Mentor Agent
Protégé (trainee) will office out of Mentor Agency except for temporary training periods in which Protégé may be required to report to the District Office. Protégé will be an employee of Mentor Agent and therefore will be compensated by Mentor Agent. Upon completion of the program and hitting all required milestones, you will be eligible to open your own Farmers Agency!
