🚨 3.2 million Medicare Advantage enrollees are losing their plans for 2027.

That's nearly 1 in 9 — and the third straight year of plan terminations getting worse. Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna and several Blue Cross carriers are culling plans or pulling out of areas, with PPO plans hit hardest.

The average person still has 28 plans to choose from — but 638,000 people in 193 counties will have NO Medicare Advantage option at all next year.

⚠️ Measles is surging — and most cases were preventable.

Kentucky health officials have confirmed 157 measles cases so far in 2026 — up from just 13 in all of 2025. The cases are spread across 13 counties, and 155 of the 157 were in unvaccinated residents.

⚠️ Oct 1, 2026: Medicaid/CHIP narrowed — refugees, asylees, TPS holders, parolees and others no longer eligible
📅 Jan 1, 2027: Marketplace subsidies restricted to citizens, green card holders, and a few other groups
📅 Jan 4, 2027: Medicare narrowed the same way
