Looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our growing insurance agency in Shelby and Hesperia Michigan.
Position description:
Competitive pay.
Full time M-F. Two weeks paid vacation and standard holidays. Vacation is pro-rated in first year. 3% match Simple IRA. Monthly bonus increments based on office production. Licensing and CE will be paid for by the agency. Other carrier professional meeting opportunities.
Duties include: client-facing interaction: face of the agency for client contact via phone, email, carrier changes, new business input, etc.
Similar interaction w agents: processing changes, general support.
The agency's growth trajectory will allow for future opportunities within our organization.
Requirements:
Confident and driven individual with great communication skills
Quick learner – Has the ability to learn new systems, services and processes
One year of customer service experience and/or equivalent transferable skills
At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
Excellent phone skills
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Strong computer skills
