A new chapter for Rivertown. 💙
Opening the doors to our new Rivertown branch is about so much more than a new building. It represents months of planning, construction, patience, flexibility, and a whole lot of people working together to create a space we’re proud to call home.
To our Rivertown team: thank you.
You showed up for our members day after day, even when “the branch” meant working out of a trailer during construction. You adapted, stayed positive, and kept taking care of our members through every stage of this project.
To our members: thank you for sticking with us through the construction, temporary spaces, changes, and inconveniences along the way. Your patience and support meant more than you know.
To the Ignite and Rivertown Team Members who helped dream, plan, design, problem-solve, and bring this space to life: thank you for putting so much thought into creating a branch that reflects how we want to serve our members today and for years to come.
And, of course, we couldn’t have done it without the incredible companies and partners who helped turn those plans into a reality: Schweitzer Inc., Driven Design, DVT Electric Inc., Advanced Excavating Inc., Edge One, EPS Security, S.A. Morman & Co., YourSix, and Sign Center. Thank you for the time, expertise, and care you brought to this project.
There are a lot of fingerprints on this building, and that’s exactly what makes it special.
And because no big opening comes without a hiccup or two, we also want to acknowledge that our indoor ITMs experienced technical issues on opening day. Not exactly the first impression we had planned for them! Our team is actively working to get everything operating as it should, and we appreciate everyone who rolled with us as we worked through it.
Even with a few opening-day bumps, today was a day worth celebrating. We opened the doors, welcomed our members in, and took a new step forward for Rivertown and the community we’re proud to serve.
