In honor of National Women's History Month, we'd like to give recognition to our Grand Rapids team.

The process of running a financial services office encompasses many different areas. Many might think the advisor is the most important part. Although the advisor is very important, the strength of the staff is vital to a successful office.

Liz, Marcy, Sarah, and Julie handle most of the activities that are essential to the happiness of our clients. Because they answer the phone, prepare documents, follow up on transactions, communicate with fund companies, and juggle our personality quirks, it allows the advisors in our office to focus on the work of helping our clients work towards their financial goals and objectives.

Regional Vice President, David Sawinski says, "Honestly, we could not do what we do without them."

Our office is looking for an organized Administrative Assistant eager to learn and is available to work at least 15 hours a week with room to expand. Customer service skills are a must and also must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Common task will include data entry, answering the phones, greeting clients, filing, completing paperwork, along with a few miscellaneous office tasks.
