If you are homebound, critically fragile, or do not have a means of transportation to get to the water distribution site, please call 972-237-8400, our 24/7 Water Dispatch line.

Our team will take your information and will coordinate a case of water delivery for those in need.

GP residents north of I-20 - this affects you!

DO NOT USE WATER ADVISORY:
The City of Grand Prairie has detected a foaming agent in the water supply north of I20. Crews are currently investigating the issue and working to isolate the affected area. If you live north of I20 in Grand Prairie, please avoid using water other than for flushing until further notice.

The City will have bottled water distribution stations. Please visit gptx.org for specific locations. For questions regarding this matter, please contact 972-237-8400.
