Amplex is excited to honor our May Employee of the month!
Joey successfully led the most significant Inventory/Cycle Count process the company has completed in several years, coordinating an effort that closely resembled a full physical inventory without the benefit of a facility shutdown. Conducted over multiple weekends in preparation for a systems migration, this critical project required extensive planning, coordination, and leadership to manage a large counting team while maintaining normal business operations.
Throughout the process, Joey went above and beyond by working weekends, ensuring adequate staffing, meeting aggressive deadlines, and successfully reconciling thousands of inventory locations. When unexpected challenges arose, including major unplanned shipping operations during one of the count weekends, he quickly adapted plans and kept the project on track without disrupting operations.
Joey's ability to organize complex workflows, coordinate large teams, and execute a new inventory-counting approach resulted in the successful completion of a highly complex and business-critical initiative. Throughout the project, he maintained a positive attitude, demonstrated exceptional commitment, and approached every challenge without hesitation. His leadership, dedication, and ex*****on were instrumental to the success of the inventory count and exemplify the highest standards of performance and ownership.
