Mito #1: "Necesitas 20% down"
Nope. FHA gets you in with just 3.5% down. VA and USDA buyers can even put $0 down. That "20% rule" your tío keeps repeating? Outdated y nadie te lo dice.

Mito #2: "Necesitas buen crédito para calificar"
Wrong. We work with buyers starting around a 580 credit score. A lower score doesn't close the door it just means a different loan program built for where you're at right now.

Mito #3: "Sin SSN, no hay préstamo"
False. ITIN loans exist specifically for buyers without a Social Security number. No SSN doesn't mean no home it means a different path, and we know it well.

Mito #4: "Pre-calificación y pre-aprobación son lo mismo"
They're not. Pre-qualification is basically a guess. Pre-approval means we've actually verified your numbers and that's what makes sellers take your offer seriously.
