Sometimes things happen … but the goal remains the same.

After unexpectedly running into a credit hiccup during this transaction, we shifted gears and found another way to get this deal done exactly as intended.

The goal was simple: pay off the hard money fix & flip loan on this Alton, IL property, transition it into a long-term rental, and keep the property cash flowing for our investor.
