What do lower prices mean for homebuyers?

➡️ If you buy low and refinance at a lower rate, your total costs will go down! If you buy high, you can't refinance the price you paid for your home. Our current 5-Year Rate Protection Pledge means you have five years to refinance with reduced or no lender fees.
