nd her professional growth; that is why she made the career change to a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual. She helps her clients by taking a step back and evaluating their unique circumstances. Darby and her team then provide a wholistic financial planning approach that is personalized to their family’s goals, financially, professionally, and personally. First responder families, educators, and small business owners have found great value when meeting with Darby and her team. Darby, her husband, Derreck, and their two children live in a small community outside of Grand Island. She graduated from South East Community College in Beatrice where she played collegiate volleyball in 2014. She then graduated from Central Community College in Hastings with a degree in Dental Assisting. Outside of the office, Darby stays active by participating in league volleyball and softball. She also enjoys spending time at the lake and grilling out with friends and family in the comfort of their homes.
