My Second-Opinion Service

It is ok to ask for a second opinion, especially when it comes to your finances. One of the most meaningful parts of my role is helping people feel confident in their financial decisions.

My Second Opinion Service is for you and people you care about who want an honest review of your current financial situation or recommendations you've received along the way. I provide an objective review and explain things in plain language so you can make informed decisions with clarity.

If you've wondered "Am I missing something?" or "Does this still make sense for me?", consider reaching out for a second opinion, with no pressure or obligation.

"What should I do first: pay off debt or invest?"

This one can be tricky - you don't have to be debt-free to build wealth and there is a smart way to balance both. The type of debt, the interest rate and other goals and priorities you might be balancing along with it are factors that should be weighed to determine the right mix for you.

Check out our "Paying Down Debt" strategy report in the link.

Ever feel like you're doing "okay" with your money but aren't really sure you're on the right track for you and the things you care about?

So are several others, and that's exactly what I help people and businesses figure out.

Whether you're trying to save more, retire, get out of debt, invest tax-efficiently - or just gain confidence and clarity around what you're already doing - my goal is to be a trusted partner and resource for anyone planning for tomorrow.

One of the most common questions I hear is "do I/we have enough?" or "am I/are we doing enough?".

The short and not-so-simple answer is "it depends" because "enough" is unique to each and every person or family. What is "enough" for one to feel confident, secure and living a comfortable lifestyle may leave another feeling fearful, unprepared and not knowing what steps to take next to live financially well.

What are some factors that can make a big difference?
- Lifestyle
- Proper tax and income planning with the right partners
- Understanding the full picture. For example, other income sources, such as a pension, rental income or part-time employment, can help take the pressure off of retirement or other investable assets. In other words, less savings may be needed if other sources of income exist too.
- Inflation
- Organizing finances and using them efficiently - don't let "lazy money" limit what's possible.
