We have full time and a part time position available.
Job Requirements:
· Experience in cash handling and customer service.
· Processing of loan applications, cash-handling, providing exceptional customer service and more.
· Explains contracts to customers thoroughly and ensures all necessary documents are completed and signed by both parties to meet federal, state and local requirements.
· Make loans, approve loans, receive collections and payments on accounts
· Verify employment ( paycheck stubs)
· Fraud Prevention
· Review customer identification (Valid ID / Drivers License)
· Check cashing verification.
· Collection calls to past due accounts
· Make Courtesy calls to customers before due date.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Years of Experience: All qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year verifiable cash handling and customer service experience.

Job Types: Full and Part time positions available
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Payday Express is hiring for a part time customer service representative for our Grand Forks, ND locations. We offer short term, small dollar loans, check cashing, wire services
and bill payment. Applicant must be flexible with scheduling. Our hours of operation are Mon -Fri 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. Sat 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sundays and all major
holidays. The position is for approx. 25 to 29 hours per week. Duties include, general office skills, proper phone etiquette, light cleaning and excellent customer service skills. Applicant
must be able to verify customer information in a confidential manner and communicate with
customers in a professional manner. We have an intensive 2 to 3 week training program. to apply visit any of our 3 locations.
