We have full time and a part time position available.
Job Requirements:
· Experience in cash handling and customer service.
· Processing of loan applications, cash-handling, providing exceptional customer service and more.
· Explains contracts to customers thoroughly and ensures all necessary documents are completed and signed by both parties to meet federal, state and local requirements.
· Make loans, approve loans, receive collections and payments on accounts
· Verify employment ( paycheck stubs)
· Fraud Prevention
· Review customer identification (Valid ID / Drivers License)
· Check cashing verification.
· Collection calls to past due accounts
· Make Courtesy calls to customers before due date.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Years of Experience: All qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year verifiable cash handling and customer service experience.
