Can anyone recommend a good place to get a Frenchie puppy? This is not for me, it’s for a friend that doesn’t have Facebook and she wants to buy her son one for Christmas. She would like a girl that’s white and gray or gray and black or something similar! Thanks!!

Believe it or not, even with interest rates at 7%, you're still better off buying this home instead of renting. Here's why: This home is listed for $245,000, which means it roughly costs about $1900 a month to own.

It's a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home on 4 acres with an outbuilding. IF a home like this comes on the market to rent, it's guaranteed to go fast! It's incredibly hard to find a 3/1 rental opportunity like this for $2,000/mo or under in the Fenton area!

So my best advice to buyers out there: If you can find the home you want in the neighborhood you want to live in -- especially if it's in the $250k price range or under -- it's STILL better to buy than to rent. Even with higher interest rates.
