GET THE PRE- APPROVAL…. I’ve had entirely to many realtor partners and buyers come to me saying their clients or they LOVE this home they looked at and NEED it but don’t have a pre approval only to find out it’s not going to be as comfortable of payment or cost as they think or in some cases they may not even be approved for what their looking at which is never a good or fun feeling. It’s free and doesn’t commit you to anything so please, just call me first!
