Rates are insanely low right now! If you have a mortgage, especially FHA, you need to have a mortgage expert - me - look to see if you can refinance and save some money. There are no appraisals required a lot of times and possibly no income docs required. Don't wait until it is too late. It is FREE to have me review your situation.

Just got 1 client refinanced @ 3.75% 30 year fixed & another is buying w/ $0 down @ 3.75% 30 year fixed. That's lower than even I have
