On April 12th, Paratus Insurance had the honor and pleasure to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony welcoming Porto's Bakery to Northridge.
It was an exciting event with Cali939 DJing, special guest appearances of Nancy Cartwright, Mexican actress and singer Angelica Maria, and comedian Gabriel Iglesias (Fluffy).
And of course all the yummy food they have to offer!!!!

Your insurance agent is not a mind reader.

For auto insurance:
They don’t know that you sold a car.
They don’t know that you are driving less than what you originally discussed

For home insurance:
They don’t know that you updated your home
They don’t know that you sold your house

For renter’s insurance
They don’t know that you moved
They don’t know your partner has moved in and needs coverage

The only way an insurance agent would know these things is if you told them.

So when changes occur, remember to pick up the phone or email your insurance agent.

No matter how badly you want it to be, your insurance agent doesn’t have a magic wand.

There is only so much one can do to help get you a good rate.

Further, some liberties that you may be asking them to take when writing and/or adjusting your policy would be considered insurance fraud.
