🚨 NOW HIRING: NC BAIL BOND AGENTS 🚨
Hairston Bail Bonds is looking for dependable, motivated agents who are ready to work, learn the business, and make money.
This is a subcontractor opportunity—not an hourly position.
💰 COMPENSATION
During your first year, required insurance/surety expenses are deducted from the collected premium first. The remaining premium is then split 50/50.
After your first year, you may negotiate a percentage-based subcontractor agreement with Hairston Bail Bonds or pursue your own surety contract. Reliable agents who produce and properly manage their liability may be offered a competitive percentage arrangement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Active NC bail bondsman license or eligibility to work under an approved supervising bondsman
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and working cellphone
• Available nights, weekends, and on-call when needed
• Professional communication with clients, families, jails, and court personnel
• Accurate and timely paperwork, receipts, and data entry
• Ability to collect premiums, obtain qualified indemnitors, document collateral, and monitor court dates
• Compliance with all NCDOI, surety, and company requirements
• No legal or licensing issues preventing approval
Experience in bail bonding, sales, collections, or customer service is helpful, but dependability and work ethic matter most.
Bail bonding is a 24/7 business. I’m looking for agents who answer the phone, follow through, protect the company’s liability, and keep their paperwork straight.
