Abramson & Associates is looking for a full-time Insurance Agent to manage our personal lines department in our busy office. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, including managing current clients and marketing for new customers.

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills. Prefer insurance experience, but we are willing to train the right individual. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain Property/Casualty Insurance License.

We are looking for a candidate that does well under pressure, is a self-starter and great at managing their time. Prospect must be good at multi-tasking and shifting focus from one task to another. Communication skills in person, via email, and by phone are needed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a commission position, with a base salary of up to $50,000 per year depending on experience. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.

We are based in Gothenburg, Nebraska, an aggressive “All-American City” with great schools and small town values. Abramson & Associates is a family owned business who has proudly served the area for 30 years. Our team is family-focused and we take pride in being flexible for our employees.
