Interra's Commercial and Ag Lending teams partnered with Synergy Insurance Group for a day of camaraderie, friendly competition, and purpose at our Clay Shoot event. Local businesses, partners, and community members gathered not just to connect, but to support something bigger than themselves.

What started with a few rounds on the course turned into an opportunity to give back. Through the generosity of our participants, sponsors, and supporters, funds were raised for the FreedomSystem.org, helping Veterans reintegrate into civilian life by camaraderie programs and classes that help teach skills that will help get over PTSD symptoms and anxiety

When Brian Ufkin joined Interra Credit Union in 2016 as a Consumer Loan Underwriter, he was focused on helping members find financial solutions that worked for them. What he may not have known at the time was that he would play a key role in shaping the future of small business banking at Interra.

Over the past decade, Brian has grown alongside the organization, taking on new challenges and leadership opportunities while remaining committed to one goal: helping local businesses succeed. From his early days in lending to leading Interra's Small Business Lending team, he has built strong relationships with members and championed innovative solutions designed to make financing faster, easier, and more accessible.

Today, we're proud to celebrate Brian's promotion to Vice President, Manager of Small Business Banking.
