Today, we remember the lives that were lost and the absolute devastation that our country experienced on this day in 1941.

The USS Arizona Memorial was built over the sunken remains of the USS Arizona battleship. This is the final resting place for many of the 1,177 crewman that were killed when their ship was bombed by Japanese Naval Forces. This loss represents over half of the American lives lost during the worst Naval disaster in US history.
