This house journey has been a roller coaster of emotions, and through every high, low, question, and moment of uncertainty, she has been there. Countless hours were spent running numbers, then re-running them, and then re-running them AGAIN just to make sure we understood our options and were getting the best mortgage payment possible.
There were the long phone calls, the random text messages, the late questions, the moments of panic, and even dealing with grumpy sellers’ agents and, admittedly, a pretty grumpy me. 😂 Through it all, MacKenzie never made me feel like I was a burden or just another loan application. She took the time to explain, reassure, calculate, recalculate, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.
Buying a home is a HUGE decision, and having someone in your corner who genuinely cares makes all the difference. MacKenzie has been honest, patient, hardworking, and incredibly genuine throughout this entire journey.
