I contacted my bank and they told me it would take a couple of days to get it sorted. I intend to buy it for a friend of mine whose birthday is today. Can you purchase it from your end for me? I'll refund it to you once my bank sorts the issue out. Let me know so I can send you her email.

Customers on Automatic Draft from their Checking account (EFT)

When will EFT payments be withdrawn ?
Any unpaid installments will be included with the Insured’s next debit, and the amount due will
be reflected on the debit withdrawal notice.
Once our systems are restored, a manual payment can be made to reduce the amount owed.
Please note : manual payments must be made 10 days prior to the withdrawal date.

PAYMENTS:

NEW: Is Erie Customer Care Operations taking payments?

Yes. The preferred method is for payments to be made through the ERIE website, erieinsurance.com and selecting "Pay my bill." However, Customer Care Operations is still accepting Customer payments over the phone.

Please advise Customers that they will likely experience longer than usual wait times. You can also remind them that they will NOT incur late charges for delayed payments during this system outage.

CCO is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. EST, and can be reached by calling 1 (800) 458-0811.

ERIE: UPDATE

During this outage, Erie Insurance will not contact customers by phone or email to request payments. As always, do not click on any links from unknown sources or share your personal information via phone or email.

While the protective actions the company initiated are ongoing, Policyholders who need to initiate a claim can contact ERIE’s First Notice of Loss team at (800) 367-3743.

To all of our Erie customers..
Erie Insurance is completely down recovery time is Unknown at this time.
All billing has been froze this includes accounts that are on automatic drafts
Once their system is back up and running I will update our page.
