💕Our Women’s Small Business Month celebration continues with Peters Insurance, a Farmers Union Agency, a locally owned independent insurance agency in Goodhue, Minnesota.

✨Owner Alison Peters didn’t originally plan a career in insurance. While working in sales for a marketing and print company, a client mentioned he was looking for someone to take over his insurance agency when he retired. Alison took a chance on an unexpected opportunity and in 2017, Peter’s Insurance began its next chapter.

Since then, she has built a business focused on something bigger than policies: relationships.
Today, Peters Insurance helps families, farmers and business owners protect what matters most, offering personalized coverage while remaining deeply connected to the rural communities they serve. 🌾

Electric Farm Equipment Grant . . . . Check out this webinar if interested!

During the webinar, attendees will receive an overview of the funding opportunity, including eligible equipment, application requirements, and the grant process. A speaker from the West Central Research and Outreach Center (WCROC) will discuss current electric farm equipment technologies and key considerations for farmers exploring electrification. The webinar will also feature a farmer who will share firsthand experiences using electric equipment and practical insights from their operation.
