Yesterday, we celebrated Patti’s 40 year anniversary of customer service to State Farm. Thanks for all of the love that y’all brought to Patti and into our office. It was an entire day of love and appreciation for the relationships that have been built over 4 decades. All that love through visits, texts, messages, and phone calls was so appreciated. We appreciate and love her just as much as y’all do. Again, thanks for the entire day that yall spent with us celebrating Patti!

It’s been 25 years since the 911 terrorist attack killed nearly 3000 souls on US soil. That number is dwarfed by the nearly 9400 people that have died since as a result of air born toxic exposure and the families that have been affected by it all. Sadly, a big portion of our society doesn’t grasp the gravity of what happened due to youth or not being born yet. You would have to be 35-40 now to begin to understand if those close to you haven’t tried to explain the horror and heroism of that day or the immediate feeling of national unity that followed! On this day, we remember all those affected on that day 25 years ago!

We have the best customers. We understand that insurance isn’t the easiest thing to understand nor a fun necessity to have at times. It’s little things like this that make the struggle worth the work. We work hard for our customers so when some flowers or donuts show up as a thank you for a job well done, it makes the day go by much easier!

Today marks 17 years as a State Farm Agent and over 28 years with State Farm. Sometimes the years feel like they flew by. Sometimes the years feel like they are creeping by. I’m blessed to have a great team and great customers. We celebrated with an awesome lunch at Hard Times Tavern ! And yes…I do need an updated photo! 😂 !

We have been getting a lot of calls, texts, and emails about whether this email is legit or a scam. Just wanted to get it out there that State Farm is sending out $5B in dividends for qualified auto customers. JUST KNOW THAT YOU CAN DO NOTHING IN RESPONSE TO THIS EMAIL AND STILL RECEIVE A DIVIDEND CHECK.

We celebrated my birthday with my work family today! We enjoyed lunch at Sunken Garden, and Janet made her world famous chocolate cake for dessert this afternoon. The ladies hooked me up with some grilling supplies now that I’ve joined the ranks of all y’all cheating smokers! I love my work family!

We celebrated Patti’s Birthday yesterday since we were all scattered last week. We had lunch at Cow Palace for lunch, and Janet made sopapilla cheesecake for desert! Patti is claiming the entire month of July for her birthday so y’all show her some love if you see her out and about!
