Hundreds of Best of the Boot paper ballots are already in, so now it’s time for the digital vote.

Here’s how this works, for the uninitiated:

- Click the link in the comment section of this post to cast your ballot. Categories that had a large number of nominations are, as usual, write-ins.

- Voting will continue through the end of August and this is the only vote. In other words, there is not a second round of voting once finalists are named.

- Speaking of finalists, we will begin notifying the Top 3 in each category — and giving them their stickers — in early September.

- Winners will be announced exclusively in our award-winning Best of the Boot magazine. This year’s edition will hit the streets during the holidays, as it is only once our finalists are notified that we can begin curating the content for, and putting together, that publication.

With that said, good luck to all the nominees.

And if, for whatever reason, you did not receive your finalist sticker, a copy of the 2025 magazine, or your winner poster, send us a note in messenger or drop by our office at 219 North John Street and we will get you squared away.

Five years ago, I took a leap of faith and opened the doors with one simple goal: to serve our community well and make insurance a little less complicated.

What I never imagined was how many incredible people, families, businesses, and friends would become part of this journey. ❤️

Every policy represents a story. Every conversation has built a relationship. Every referral has been a vote of confidence that I’ll never take for granted.

As we celebrate 5 years, I don’t want it to be just one day—I want it to be a season of gratitude.
