Early mornings have a way of resetting perspective.

Before the noise, before the markets open, before the day gets busy—there’s clarity.

It’s a good reminder that every day is a new opportunity to take a step toward long-term goals.

In wealth planning, the small, consistent steps matter more than the big, occasional ones.

The graduating class of 2026 is entering a job market that looks nothing like when they started college, and AI is playing a role.

As of March, 4.2% of full-time early-career jobs called for AI skills, nearly double the share from a year ago, according to Handshake's 2026 graduate report.

Most Saturdays, you’ll find me here.
Not in an office. Not on a call.
On the sidelines, watching effort, teamwork, and a lot of learning in real time.
Youth sports are a great reminder that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through consistency, coaching, and showing up—even when it’s not perfect.
The same is true in financial planning.
Long-term success isn’t about timing the perfect play—it’s about having a plan, sticking to it, and adjusting along the way.
Grateful for these lessons… on and off the field.

There’s nothing like playoff hockey.
Speed. Pressure. Split-second decisions.
What stands out most, though, isn’t the chaos—it’s the preparation behind it.
Great teams don’t rely on luck. They rely on a game plan, discipline, and trust in the process.
The same applies to investing.
Especially in volatile moments, the best outcomes come from sticking to a well-built strategy.

For a long time, the goal of retirement planning felt pretty straightforward: Save diligently, spend carefully and leave something meaningful behind for your kids. How is that changing today?

For many retirees, the focus is shifting from what they will leave behind to how they want to live now.

🚨 I’m Hiring: Client Relationship Manager (Part-Time) 🚨

I’m looking to bring on a Client Relationship Manager to support my growing financial advisory practice with Eagle Strategies.

This is a part-time (≈20 hrs/week), hybrid role (primarily remote with weekly in-person collaboration), ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, and wants to grow with a small but expanding business.

🔹 What you’ll help with:
• Scheduling client and prospect meetings
• Client follow-up and service requests
• Processing forms and tracking paperwork
• Supporting client onboarding
• Assisting with marketing efforts (LinkedIn, client events, etc.)

🔹 What I’m looking for:
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong and professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• A proactive mindset and desire to grow with a practice

💼 Details:
• 1099 contractor
• ~20 hours/week
• $22–$25/hour (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus opportunity
• Optional path to pursue licensing

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the “glue” behind a business — helping create a great client experience while improving systems and operations.

If this sounds like you (or someone you know), feel free to message me directly or comment below.
