Macias Insurance Agency is happy to announce that Catherine Crutcher, Personal Lines Account Manager, was recently recognized by Erie Insurance as the customer service agent of the year for 2026 for the State of Illinois. Catherine was selected amongst employees at over 175 agencies statewide. She was honored with a plaque by Erie President, Tim NeCastro.

Catherine joined the agency in 2022. Over time she has proven herself to be front line in every interaction, “steady” handed in every situation, and one of the reasons customers feel confident cared for, and valued. We could not be prouder of this accomplishment.

In her humble demeanor, Catherine would say this award could be given to any employee of Macias Insurance. Great work, Catherine! We are proud of you.
