Please join us in welcoming Katlyn Metzger to the BankGloucester team as Assistant Branch Manager at our Ipswich location.

Katlyn brings over 20 years of banking experience, most recently serving at TD Bank. Her extensive background in customer service and branch banking, along with her strong ties in the local community, make her a valuable addition to the BankGloucester team.

A long-time Essex and Ipswich resident, Katlyn has been part of the Cape Ann community for over 40 years and has called Ipswich home for the past eight years. As she enjoys spending time with her family, Katlyn and her husband keep busy with their young daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys going outside for walks when the weather is nice and relaxing with a good book whenever she can find the time.

Whether she’s floating in the pool, chasing her ball, playing with her cousins Mozzarella & Rigatoni, or welcoming clients at work with her dad, Nala always brings smiles wherever she goes. Her family says, “Who rescued who?” after adopting her through the local CAAA rescue. ❤️

In this week’s Pets of BankGloucester spotlight, we have Rowan — a smart, snow loving gentle giant who somehow still believes he’s tiny enough to fit in everyone’s lap.

At six years old and 110 lbs, Rowan spends his days chasing rabbits, playing outside, and making people laugh with his silly running style. Snow days are easily his favorite, especially when there is plenty to play in… and taste test.
