Next up in our introduction series is Josh McManigal! 🌟

Before this promotion to first vice president, Josh served as the secretary for the NJYIP board. He started his insurance career in 2015 and has been a NJYIP member since 2018! 🙌🏻

During our 2026 NY/NJ conference, we inducted a whole new crop of great YIP leaders to our NJ board! 🎉

Now we want to take this opportunity to introduce them to you! 👉

Some of these people may be some familiar faces and others may be someone completely new. 😁

But they all exemplify what it means to be a young insurance professional: a passionate individual shaping the future of the insurance industry.🙌🏻

First up is our new President: Mike DeStasio. Mike started in the insurance industry in 2010 and became a YIP member in 2016. He served as first vice president during Tim Latimer’s term. Over the course of his insurance career he has been greatly involved with the New Jersey YIPs👍🏻

We’re excited to have Mike as our new president to see what he can do!🌟

Thank you to everyone who showed up & showed out at the YIP Fun Run to benefit Special Olympics NJ! 🕺🏼

We reunited on the boardwalk, and it truly felt so good! We let the good times roll and raised $89,284.33 for our friends at SONJ. 🎉
