Arc California Escrow, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Escrow Officer to manage real estate escrow transactions from opening to close. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely closings while providing exceptional service to clients, agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable in escrow procedures, and able to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
⢠Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing
⢠Prepare and review escrow documents and instructions
⢠Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies
⢠Ensure compliance with DFPI regulations and company policies
⢠Maintain accurate escrow files and trust accounting procedures
⢠Facilitate timely funding, recording, and disbursement of funds
⢠Resolve transaction issues and provide outstanding client service
Qualifications:
⢠3+ years of escrow experience required
⢠Strong knowledge of residential escrow transactions
⢠Experience with RBJ Escrow Software preferred
⢠Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
⢠Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
⢠Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and DocuSign preferred
