Aside from helping my community achieve their dreams of homeownership, I am committed to giving back to my community. As such, in 2016 I began the Mortgage Manfro Gives Back Program. This program started simply as donation based, with a monthly raffle filled with suggestions sent in by referral partners, past and current clients, friends and family, and online submissions. The winner of the monthly raffle would receive a $450 donation, spotlight all of our social media outlets including our website with the intention of bringing attention to the charity and more donations, as many of these charities were small local charities.
After a year of seeing the incredible work these charities were doing for our community in so many facets; serving the homeless, cancer support groups, after school tutoring, arthritis research, Christmas gifts for underprivileged children, school supplies for teachers and so much more, I decided it was time to do more. In 2018, we expaned the program from donation based to a community outreach/organization partnership program, committed to actively partnering with organizations (many of which we have met through past donations) to help our community in any way possible.
