Dear Homeowners, 2022/2023 property tax bills are in the mail and most of you should have received them by now.
If you believe/know that your property taxes are impounded and your lender is responsible for paying them, please make sure that your Tax Bill will have "INFORMATION ONLY" printed on it and if it is not the case, please call the tax department of your mortgage company that services your loan and make sure to obtain an e-mail address and send them a copy of your tax bill. Please note that if you have purchased your property in the past 12 months, you may receive a Supplemental Tax Bill that you are responsible for paying.

That’s absolutely true. Credit scores play a huge role in determining the rate and the approval of a loan nowadays. Allowing us as your mortgage professional to check borrower’s credit early on not only doesn’t harm one’s credit score but also gives us an opportunity to help the client improve their credit before they are in a transaction.

Even though I have a brokers license and have been in real estate financing industry for more than 20 years, I have always trusted Aram Yeghiazarian with representing me in my real estate transactions for more than 10 years. He is an extremely trust worthy and diligent realtor to work with.
