I am grateful beyond words for Elevate Phoenix as an integral part of my life's journey.
It all began in my sophomore year when I stumbled upon their life-changing program. Back then, I was a lost teen with no vision of a brighter future. If someone had told me then that I would grow into a successful Mortgage Loan Officer & Branch Manager, and have the opportunity to extend career opportunities to my loved ones, I would have laughed in disbelief. I had no belief in my abilities.
Yet, Elevate saw something in me—something I couldn't see in myself. With the support of Elevate Phoenix, I’m now able to pay it forward in ways I never imagined—volunteering, fundraising, hosting workshops on the power of home ownership, and even establishing a scholarship to support kids facing the same challenges I once did.
Elevate lifted me and instilled unwavering confidence in my abilities. I owe my current position and success to their support.
Today, 15 years later, I am humbled to serve as a proud member of their Board of Directors, as we continue the mission to transform the lives of urban youth communities.
Thank you, Elevate Phoenix, for believing in me and for being a beacon of hope and opportunity for countless others. Here's to many more years of transformation and empowerment ahead.
