1. “Life insurance is only for people with dependents.”
👉 It can also help cover debts, final expenses, and future financial goals.
2. “I’m young and healthy, so I don’t need it yet.”
👉 Life insurance can often be easier and less expensive to obtain when you’re younger and healthier.
3. “Life insurance is too expensive.”
👉 There are different types and coverage amounts that may fit different budgets.
4. “I have insurance through my job, so I’m fully covered.”
👉 Employer coverage may not be enough, and it may not follow you if you change jobs.
5. “Stay-at-home parents don’t need life insurance.”
👉 Their work has real economic value—childcare, household responsibilities, transportation, and more.
6. “If I have savings, I don’t need life insurance.”
