There are 3.5 million federal employees in this country. Every single one of them has a TSP, including the Military. Most of them will retire with $200,000-$900,000 sitting in the government account and zero guidance on what to do next. The TSP doesn’t have advisors. The government doesn’t call them. HR has a pamphlet and wishes them some luck & there are individuals who is helping in their retirement.
