I need insulation/stucco added installed & painted on top of my exterior, east facing wall; from ground to roof overhang. 2” foam insulation, is my best expectation.
2829 w marshall avenue, phoenix.

Near camelback and 27th avenue. Hoping for bids to include may start. I’ll purchase material’s and have them delivered, you’ll use your own tools/crew.

Contractor’s and non licensed workers (WITH EXPERIENCE) encouraged to submit bids to include cost/time expectations!

P.s. hoping to minimize disturbance to residents. Two rooms abut this exterior wall. 2 windows, one attic vent and one emergency/sensor light on the wall facade!
I anticipate this most efficient path is to prepare/flatten the current stucco (or not); measure and cut foam insulation to place within 2x4 frames (affixed to overlay of current framing) to mold/support the foam, chicken wire, stucco…. OR your best/experienced methods!

I anticipate 15-30 foam boards…less than 200’ linear of 2x4 . Assorted screws/adhesives and other implements will be used/required.
