They say renting is paying someone else's mortgage.

Well, now they can pay their own.

They do not have to be concerned about moving, prices being raised, and all the restrictions that comes with renting someone else's property.

There are a lot of template letters online when it comes to getting your credit repaired.

And more times than not, they will not work.

Why?

The credit bureaus receive hundreds of thousands of letters.

Do you think people are sitting around a table opening envelopes and reading these letters?

Of course not!

They have a computer to do that.

If the computer deems it important enough, then it will be sent over to a human.

But these computers can pick up on template letters.

And can/will throw it out if they feel it is a template letter that they have seen thousands of other times.

Every letter should be personalized and specific to your credit report.

These online letters received are a waste of time!

*THE CREDIT BUREAUS MIGHT OWE YOU MONEY*

Sometimes when items are being disputed, the credit bureaus will remove them!

Which is great!

But sometimes they will add them back later.

And MOST of the time when they do that, it is illegal.

According to 15 U.S. Code § 1681i (the reinsertion clause) it states that the information reinserted account MUST be 100 percent accurate AND the consumer must get a notice in writing from the data furnisher within 5 business days of the reinsertion.

Credit Bureaus 9 times out of 10 will NOT notify the consumer.

They just add it back!

Which is illegal!

Which means a lawsuit could be potentially filed.

And if it is filed by my attorney at no additional cost to you, that is AT LEAST a 4 figure settlement.

And YES! I had clients get paid to get their credit fixed!
