We recently had the pleasure of attending this pad weekend’s Local 804 General Membership Meeting and got the opportunity to speak directly with members — thank you to everyone who stopped to chat!

We also shared an important update: the 804 Annuity Fund has officially transferred to Empower and is now self-administered. If you have any questions about your account or the transition, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

We are also in the process of scheduling our Fall Seminar dates — currently planned for the end of September and end of October. Sign-up links will be posted soon, so stay tuned.

Here is some important info regarding your union annuity account. Your union annuity is being moved to Empower, which will allow you to have more control over the investments.

Please take a minute to review these steps to ensure the account is set up correctly.

• Establish an account using the Empower website or app. This is the same company that administers your 401k plan.
• Make sure your beneficiaries are correct.
• Confirm your contact information such as address, phone number, and email.
• You will be responsible for managing your own investments. Call Halliday Financial if you need help or advice 516-671-1099 x387 (Chris) or x374 (Matt)

This past week, Chris and Matt had the opportunity to meet with members of the Nassau Center. We’re so grateful to be celebrating 15 years of working with Local 804. We’re proud to say over that time we have been able to help over 3,000 members gain clarity and confidence to their financial questions.

A massive thank you to everyone who came out to our Spring Seminar Series — over 200 attendees showed up and brought the energy!
