Last week was pretty action packed 🥊💪
David Drechsler and Jennifer Drechsler closed on both the sale of their previous home and the purchase of their new home. That’s not even the fun part. With the expertise of Jen Williams they were able to sell their previous home 20k above ask even after worrying they were listing too high to start.
Not only that, but they found a steal of a buy on their new home and are moving in with a massive amount of equity from day 1️⃣ ☝️
David and Jen were referred to me by a friend James White who worked with me earlier this year on buying his first home. I was able to guide them through getting their financials in order to qualify for the most money possible enabling them to secure the deal on the new property and set things in motion for both transactions. Massive success. Congratulations to both of you 🥳 🎉 👏
Ended the week with helping Jen Williams get under contract herself on a new home with her soon to be husband. We hashed through the best possible loan products to make things work in the simplest fashion possible. Decided on a VA loan (she’s a bad ass marine) and it all came together.
Working through complex situations to find solutions for people is where I shine, and I love the challenge.
