Towne First Mortgage is giving you early access to the new, higher conventional loan limits for 2026—starting Monday, September 22.

You’ll be able to lock in a loan up to $819,000 on a 1-unit property, months before the official increase takes effect.

This means more buying power, sooner, and the ability to stay within conventional loan guidelines, which often come with lower rates, easier qualification, and fewer restrictions compared to jumbo loans.
