We’re hiring!

Smith Insurance Agency is looking to add a full-time Customer Service Representative to our team.

We are a family-owned independent insurance agency in the Glen Allen / Short Pump area, and we’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, confident, outgoing, and organized to join our office.

This is an in-office position with hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.

Daily responsibilities may include answering phones, taking payments, handling policy change requests, issuing certificates, helping clients with claims, data entry, follow-ups, and general office organization.

Applicants must be licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willing to obtain licensing. Customer service experience is preferred.

We’re excited to find the right person to grow with our agency and be part of a supportive, family-focused team.
