My name is Bette Moody and I have worked in the mortgage industry since 2006. Fast forward now to 2024 and there are many similarities relative to the mortgage industry as there were in 2006- 2010. The nation and the industry are weathering challenges now and the consumer is diligently trying to determine if now is the time to buy, refinance or continue to rent. It is imperative to work with a loa

I pride myself in always putting the customer above self and doing my utmost to make sure they are comfortable throughout the process and with their ultimate decisions! I have a soft spot for veterans (my son just retired AF this year with 20 years of service) and first-time home buyers and am very knowledgeable about the best loan programs for their needs.
