Edmonton State Bank recently had the opportunity to support the Barren County Boys and Girls Club's Spirit of Giving event. Our donation will help provide a special Christmas shopping day where volunteers will shop alongside local students using gift cards.

As the holiday season gets closer, phishing attempts and other scams often increase. A text, email or phone call may look legitimate, but taking a moment to stop, think and verify can help protect your personal and financial information.

Be cautious of unexpected links, requests for personal information or messages pressuring you to act quickly. And remember, if an offer or deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.

A quick reminder to help you plan ahead.

All Edmonton State Bank locations will be closed Monday, October 12th in observance of Columbus Day.

While our locations are closed, you can still access your accounts anytime through ESB Online and Mobile Banking.

We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, October 13th.

If your mortgage payment includes escrow for property taxes, please remember to bring your tax bill to any ESB branch, your loan officer, or our Home Loan Department in Glasgow.

Early payment tip: Some customers MAY qualify for a discount by paying their property tax bill early.

After more than 41 years with Edmonton State Bank, Robbie Chapman is retiring!

Robbie began her career as a teller and has served ESB in several roles over the years, including Branch Manager in Tompkinsville. She currently serves as a BSA Officer in our Compliance Department at the Glasgow Annex.

A lot has changed since Robbie started, including going from working with no computers to the technology we use today. Through it all, she says one of her favorite parts of ESB has been working with a great group of people.

We’re thankful for Robbie’s many years of service and all she has meant to ESB. We wish her the very best in retirement and hope she enjoys plenty of time with family and friends.
