If you had an Ambetter Health plan in 2025, you may be getting a rebate on your health insurance premiums. 🎉

Here’s why: The Affordable Care Act requires insurance companies to spend at least 80% of the money they collect on actual medical care and quality improvements (this is called the 80/20 Rule). If they don’t meet that requirement, they have to send money back to members.

👉 What this means for you:
• Current Ambetter members will see the rebate applied to their premium due on or after Sept. 30, 2026
• Former members will get their rebate by check in the mail.
• The amount varies by state, family size, and premium paid.

This rebate does not change your current premium, deductible, or copays.
