Qualifications
• Must have or be willling to obtain a property and casualty insurance license in Texas (You can get this license in a few weeks online and an in person test)
• Must bring a positive attitude to the work place and have the willingness to grow and hold yourself accountable
Responsibilities
• Sell P&C insurance products to clients
• Provide information to clients about new and existing insurance policies
•Build relationships with local real estate, finance, or sales professionals to grow your referral network
Pay
• Pay structure is primarily commission based.
• unlimited new business commission along with commission from policy renewals
• Goosehead offers a safety-net base pay to help new agents.
• New agents will be given leads to help while building their referral network.
